Note from Carl Cerveny the owner of the Scotchman Motor Restaurants during the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s

I have licensed the right to use the “Scotchman” trademark in association with a car show in the State of Colorado for the benefit of Ronald McDonald House to The Scotchman, LLC.

This corporation has no connection with the Scotchman Motor Restaurant of the 50’s, 60’s & 70’s.

I have a license agreement with a Denver area caterer as well as Scotchman LLC to serve Horrible Burgers, Hot Kookie, Yur- Pet Hot Dog, and Sloppy Malt. Any trademarked food items offered for sale must be equal in quality and flavor to the similar named items that were served at the Scotchman Motor Restaurant in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.

Use of the trademark “Scotchman” for the purpose of promoting an auto show is available outside of Colorado. A licensed Denver area caterer, Stellar Catering at 303.426.4534, for the above mentioned Scotchman menu items is available for special events.

Due to circumstances beyond my control, as well as some procrastination on my part, this web site has not been serviced adequately. This will be corrected.

If you have questions, or want to use Scotchman trademarks please contact me.
